Destia Rail Oy merges into Destia Oy

Destia Rail Oy, which has been carrying out Destia's rail business since 2010, will merge into Destia Oy on April 30, 2025. The merger simplifies Destia's reporting structure and has mainly legal and financial technical effects, such as changes in billing information. Approximately 440 employees of Destia Rail Oy will transfer to Destia Oy as existing employees.
